Hauslio is vacation rental management software built for both property management companies handling third-party properties and self-managed hosts with their own units. It centralizes bookings with automatic commission calculation, monthly owner statements, per-property cost tracking, and cleaning schedules — replacing scattered spreadsheets. Calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com runs on iCal, keeping bookings up to date without manual entry. The product's core focus is showing the real profit of each property: not just the gross revenue the booking platform displays, but the net amount left after commissions, platform fees, and operating costs. Owners follow results through their own portal, no login required. Hauslio is built primarily for the Brazilian market, with support for BRL, PIX, and CPF/CNPJ, while also serving hosts across Latin America in English and Spanish.
Hauslio calculates commission automatically from three values, always derived — never typed in manually. First, the booking's net amount is the gross amount charged to the guest minus the platform's fee: net amount = gross amount − platform fee. Next, the admin commission is a configurable percentage of that net amount, set per owner: commission = net amount × owner's commission rate ÷ 100. Finally, the owner's payout is what's left after commission: owner payout = net amount − commission. This calculation runs automatically for every booking entered or imported, and shows up ready-made in the monthly statement generated for each owner — no spreadsheet formulas, no copy-paste errors, and a commission rate that's adjustable per owner rather than fixed system-wide.
You get full access to the Founder plan for 3 months. Your card is added at signup, but only charged automatically at the end of the trial — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
R$19.90/month forever, for the first 150 accounts to sign up — covers up to 5 properties.

“Hauslio is new. Today, Airbnb and Booking sync runs on iCal — free, and it works well for dates and blocks. Official API integration is on the roadmap for the coming months. We'd rather be upfront about where we are than promise something that doesn't exist yet.”
