Terms of Service

Hauslio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing vacation rental properties, including reservations, costs, financial statements, and an owner portal.

By creating an account, you (the "customer") enter into an agreement with Hauslio to use the service under these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Information provided at signup must be true, complete, and kept up to date.

Hauslio offers paid plans with recurring billing via Stripe. Pricing and limits for each plan are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Accounts created during the launch period ("Founder Plan") are entitled to a lifetime promotional price (R$19.90/month) as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted, limited to up to 5 properties.

New accounts start with a 3-month free trial with all Founder Plan features. At the end of the trial, billing for the contracted plan starts automatically on the card on file, unless cancelled beforehand.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings area. Cancellation stops future charges; there is no pro-rated refund for periods already billed, except as required by law.

You may not use Hauslio to store or process unlawfully obtained data, for fraudulent purposes, or in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause, with prior notice when possible.

All data you enter into Hauslio (properties, reservations, costs, owners) remains your property. You may export it or request its deletion at any time, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Hauslio generates login-free access links to the owner portal. You are responsible for sharing these links only with the appropriate recipients.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable prior notice, except in cases of serious violation or risk to the platform.

Hauslio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice with reasonable advance notice.
