Hauslio started from a real problem: I, Cristofer Zdepski, managed my own vacation rental property in scattered spreadsheets, never quite sure how much was actually left after platform fees. "Roughly" was always the answer.
I'm the founder of Hauslio and its first real user. Every feature that exists today solves a problem I had myself managing my own property — this isn't a product designed purely in theory.
How we think about the product
We'd rather be upfront about where we are than promise something that doesn't exist yet. Today, syncing with Airbnb and Booking runs through iCal — free, and it works well for dates and blocks. Official API integration is the natural next step on the roadmap, along with Mercado Pago support for payments in Latin America and WhatsApp notifications for bookings and statements.
Who Hauslio is for
Today the focus is the self-managed host — someone who runs their own properties and wants to see real profit, not just gross Airbnb revenue. Property management companies handling properties for other owners are welcome from day one too.
