One year managing my own property — and the first time I saw the real profit
Before Hauslio I kept several spreadsheets just to know, roughly, what was left after fees. It was only after putting the data into the app that I saw, for the first time, my property's real profit.

Before Hauslio, I had the same problem as most self-managed hosts: several spreadsheets scattered around just to know, roughly, how many bookings I'd made and what was left after platform fees. "Roughly" was always the right word — I was never really sure.
The problem wasn't a lack of data, it was a lack of visibility
Airbnb shows me gross revenue. No spreadsheet I built could reliably tie that back to cleaning, maintenance, and commission — I always ended up rebuilding everything by hand whenever I needed to compare one month to the last.
The first time I saw the real profit
Today I have 1 property registered on Hauslio (with plans to add more soon). It was only after putting the data into the app that I could, for the first time, see the real profit and compare it directly against the previous year — without rebuilding a single spreadsheet.
It's not a big operation, and I'm still just getting started. But it's exactly the kind of visibility that motivated Hauslio to exist in the first place: a self-managed host should be able to answer "how much did I actually make this month?" without needing a whole afternoon with a spreadsheet.
If this sounds familiar
If you also manage your own property and still rely on spreadsheets to know what's left at the end of the month, that's exactly the problem Hauslio solves first.
